The 4,000 square meter facility is situated at the Kagerplassen or 'The Kaag' in Warmond. The facility has 6 outdoor berths with a maximum beam of 6 meters. Inside Mulder provides her customers with 20 berths for yachts up to 70 feet or 21 meters. Besides the amount of berths, Mulder also offers 32 amps shore power, a full service harbour master, security and many more features.
